An education campaign video for social and email
Helping CoachBright bring their Peer to Peer programme to life - with a film built to inspire schools to get involved.

The Brief
CoachBright needed a 2–3 minute video to promote their Peer to Peer programme to primary schools, ready for the New Year and marketing push.
The goal was to clearly show the impact of the programme - older pupils coaching younger peers - while keeping it authentic, energetic and rooted in real voices from both teachers and students. The ultimate goal was to create a short video that made schools want to work with CoachBright.

How Did We Do It?
We kicked things off with a planning call alongside CoachBright’s CEO, aligning on what mattered most: showcasing the charity’s ethos, capturing real experiences, and keeping the energy high throughout.
From there, we moved into storyboarding and visual planning. We put together a vision board that included shot ideas and colour references to grab hold of the feel of the video. We wanted to make sure the brief was met whilst also making something fast-paced and inspiring at the same time. We knew from the get go that this was going to be a fun project to work on!
Filming took place at Brooklands Farm Primary School, where interviews with teachers and pupils formed the backbone of the piece.
We split filming into two sections: teachers, then pupils. Three teachers (including the Headteacher) were asked a number questions about their personal experiences with how CoachBright had impacted them and their pupils.
We then organised a number of the students into a group and asked them similar questions in a more relaxed style. This worked really well as we were able to get some lovely, candid responses that met the authenticity criteria we had established in the pre-production planning.
The Results
The final videos struck the right balance between energy and authenticity, clearly showcasing the peer-to-peer coaching model.
Following the launch, CoachBright quickly began receiving enquiries from schools interested in the programme.
