One Shoot. Nine Videos. A Full Campaign for TLG Coaching Academy


The Brief
TLG (Transforming Lives for Good) launched their Coaching Academy & Network to train mentors supporting young people, particularly within church communities and youth groups.
They needed video content that could clearly explain the programme, feel authentic, and actually connect with people - not just another polished, corporate piece.
How Did We Do It?
We created two core videos to promote the Coaching Academy, designed to communicate the programme in a clear and engaging way.
From there, we built out seven short-form videos, featuring people behind the programme sharing their experiences and what the Coaching Academy means to them.
This gave TLG a mix of:
- Hero content for their website and email campaigns
- Short-form videos for social media and paid ads
The focus throughout was simple: keep it natural, conversational and human.
By thinking beyond just one video, we created a full suite of content that works across multiple platforms and continues to support the campaign over time.

The Results
The content is now being used across TLG’s website, and email campaign, with the short-form videos also running as paid ads.
By creating a mix of long and short-form content, TLG now has a flexible set of assets that can be used to promote the Coaching Academy as it continues to grow.
