Video Production for Coaches: Joanna Lott Case Study
How Joanna Lott Took Her Podcast to YouTube - Without Losing Her Voice

The Brief
Jo had already built a loyal audience with her podcast, but she was ready to be seen, not just heard.
She needed a YouTube channel that felt like sitting down with her in person: warm, credible, and true to who she is.
Our brief was to translate that existing following into long-form video, then create social reels from each episode that gave viewers something valuable in their own right, while drawing them in to watch the full conversation.

How Did We Do It?
We got to know Jo's style, looked at what else existed in the coaching space, and built a format filmed in her own home - one that felt personal, not polished-to-the-point-of-stiff.
Each filming session produced six 15-minute episodes, giving Jo a ready-to-use bank of content plus a set of social reels from every one, so nothing had to be created from scratch each time.
Motion graphics on intros and reels added energy without losing the warmth that makes her brand work.
